Our team
This is who we are
Julia Wetzlmair and Raimund Hohenberger started their independent psychiatric Spitex care business in 2014 and launched WeHo Spitex Gmbh in 2021. With a passionate team of more than 40 professional healthcare experts, they now care for over 450 mentally affected people of all ages and are now one of the largest organisations of its kind in the canton of Zürich.
“When selecting our team, we attach great importance to relevant training, but also to personal qualities such as motivation, experience and authenticity. Our employees bring not only their expertise but also their heart and soul to the care of our clients.” Clients are accepted and assigned according to a skills mix procedure, and the process is supported by a special assessment team. A particular highlight of our service is the use of various accompanying - support canines, which provide invaluable support in the therapy and counselling of people who have mental health issues.

Julia Wetzlmair
Head of Nursing
Thanks to her uncomplicated, open and tolerant manner, she has little difficulty in making contact with people. With her positive energy and optimism, she has literally been able to move mountains. In her day-to-day work at the psychiatric Spitex, an appreciative relationship with clients and respectful treatment of them is particularly important to her. She is firmly convinced that progress in treatment, or even recovery, can hardly be achieved without the cooperation of the clients and therefore sees her main task in motivating them to do so. It is always important to Julia to strengthen the autonomy and self-determination of her clients. She is also very keen to incorporate the healing powers of nature into her therapeutic work.

Raimund Hohenberger
Managing Director Crisis manager bCSS
There are few situations that can rattle this seasoned Austrian! And this characteristic helps him to work in a thoughtful and down-to-earth manner, in which he always maintains an overview. These strengths and his many years of experience as a psychiatric nurse are responsible for his patient, yet determined and ambitious working method, which makes it possible for people in crisis to find support and joy in life again. Raimund also attaches great importance to good dialogue, which rarely takes place in an office environment. Above all, however, he has become known for his use of unusual and creative measures in his endeavours to help mentally vulnerable people!

Lennox
‘The little one became a very big and well-behaved woof’
The 3-year-old husky-shepherd mix has been part of the WeHo family since he was a puppy and is very familiar with everyday life at the Psychiatric Spitex. With his tough yet sensitive nature, he casts a magical spell over people. Lennox shows his best side, especially with younger clients, and has often acted as an ice-breaker.
