Payment for basic care services for relatives with mental health conditions or physical illnesses, in accordance with cantonal regulations.

Funding for your care assistance training (e.g., Swiss Red Cross course).

Regular further training to support your personal and professional development.

Support for relatives of all ages with mental health challenges or physical illnesses.

Requirements for Employment

Minimum age: 18 years

Care needs of at least one hour per day must be verified

Care Assistance Certificate or willingness to complete the training within one year

Daily documentation of care reports

Regular evaluation of the care situation by a qualified professional
